JQuery/Script to display and hide div elements when someone scrolls

Hello, I need someone to give me a basic HTML page that executes the timer functionality on this page: [login to view URL] Just setup a basic HTML page, including the relevant JS so that I can upload it to m my server and see it working. Then I can apply the working scripts to any HTML pages I need in the future. As you'll see from the page: 1. When you scroll down you'll see an "WAIT! Applying discount..." div appear once you scroll down to a certain point. 2. Then after a few seconds the discount offer comes up in another div, and the TIMER starts. 3. When the timer ENDS a div is hidden, and another div is revealed saying "sorry it's expired. I need this ASAP and am willing to pay a little extra for speedy service. Can you do it today? Should be simple as the code is already written and you can just grab it off the example page above... I just can't seem to get it working. Thanks, Dan
