JWPlayer Customization Or Other Player for Transparent Video

I have a video with a transparent alpha channel. I want to play this video on an instance of JWPlayer on my site. I want the player to be transparent so you can see the site behind it. I acutally have it working in all browsers except IE.. so it may be a simple fix... Would also consider another player if that is easier. this should be easy for someone familiar with web video player or JWPlayer specifically.
