Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I need a form where to enter different variables and then calculate based on the variables. It is almoust like a buyback program but is not a buyback. I dont need design. I just want the form where to enter differents details ( electronics like smartphones tablets laptops etc ) and then to calculate the price. Also a box where to enter the imei/serial and to save all the details to database like myswl. If someone return with the exact product just enter the imei/serial in to the box destinated for imei/serial and a box for " check " and if exist to automatic fill the form with the previews details. Dont post automated text. Please read. Once again, i dont need design. Just the form where to enter the details. And also the page must be protected with username and password and a keep me logged in based on cookies. It is like a pawnshop to value the pawnned item. Also a starting price for every categorie smartphone laptop tablet etc the price will be different and also the price will climb up or down based on the specification in the form.
