Wordpress Developer for small code-adjustments for Website - open to bidding

Hi there, this is my website: [login to view URL] As you can see, currently it is being redirected to .org Here is what I want: Task 1: - I want the website to redirect from .ORG to .COM (I dont want .com to redirect to .org) --> I have spoken to GoDaddy already and the problem is this: IN wordpress, if you go in "Settings" --> "General" --> and then here below "tagline" there should be "Wordpress adress URL" and "Site Adress URL" , is that right? --> I cannot see that, it they guy who programmed the site, didnt do a nice job and he did not include that function. I need that function and I need to change the website here to .COM The website is hosted on GoDaddy with cPanel and a wordpress site was programmed on it. Task 2: When you want to ADD A NEW USER --> I cannot do that, again this function was not programmed, so I need this to be coded into wordpress. I can ONLY "ADD AN EXISTING USER", only this function I can see. My user's role has "administrator" rights, so I should be able to see it. Can you add this "add a new user" function into wordpress? Task 3: I have Jetpack and Google Analytics Plugins installed, G. analytics doesnt work, can you fix it? If you are an experienced developer, you should be able to do Task 1 and 2 fairly easy and Task 3 is also just a few clicks. Best, Payam
