website script needed for HANDYMEN jobs...

we need a website to allow Homeowners to post their needs for HANDYMEN to apply for each job. like Airtasker and other similar related scripts. As follows. 1. The Homeowner Posts for FREE... ie. (all various categories for jobs needed around their home or property!) 2. The TRADES people need to join as FULLY PAID members to apply for each job by the homeowner and they can pay $ X /mo for 1-3 jobs $ XX/mo for 4-10 jobs or $XXX/mo for unlimited applications. This is a WP script with PLUGINS. We will pay $75 to customize the script.
