I have a single web page that runs an application with several PHP plugins and scripts running. I would like the webpage made responsive to resize to fit the browser it is viewed in and some items moved in the page to a new location. when i put it on a TV screen which I have designed it for at my local school the news ticker is halfway up the screen Clock moved to right of page in header date and time plugin centre news ticker to always be at bottom of page in larger font (18)but still on single line website can be viewed http;//[login to view URL]
