I need a new landscape cartoon graphic created using Adobe Illustrator based on the attached image. The graphic is for a real estate advertising platform which advertises commercial properties for lease and for sale. The graphic is partially 3D with some appropriate shading on the face and the side of buildings as shown in the image provided. The requirements for the new image are as follows: 1. changing the building from a house to at least two commercial buildings, for example, retail shop, cafe, office building, factory, warehouse 2. reproducing the two people in the graphic, ensuring same/similar colors are used and proportions are maintained 3. reproducing the sign and changing the words to "For lease" and adding another sign saying "For sale" 4. the buildings can be placed on the left and right side, and or behind the people 5. the signs can be place one either side of the people, in front of a building 6. reproducing the same/similar sky background 7. changing the grass background to a city type background, for example including a path in front of the buildings, a road, or something similar. I require the new graphic in the following file formats: 1. AI file (copyright free) 2. jpg file in three different sizes for web use.
