PHP / html website need

This is a requirement to build a personal (hobby/project) website to a specific domain ([login to view URL]) and centred around one specific aircraft - the Vickers VC10 (specifically the standard VC10 model 1101). Lots of info around on the 'net relating to this aircraft, but my project involves the construction of a life sized simulator using both software based simulation and real (original) avionics components from VC10 aircraft. The website needs to encompass a home/landing page, latest news, blog, gallery and contact page, with the provision to add further pages later. Theming should be centred around the VC10 (search on Google - lots of info), and be easily updatable (my skills are basic HTML and PHP). This should be sufficient for you to provide me a sensible bid. The site needs to be viewable on a variety of screen resolutions and SEO friendly. Bear in mind this is a hobbiest site, not a commercial one! look at [login to view URL] but it needs to look different to this it can follow my existing website layout ([login to view URL]) or maybe something similar to [login to view URL] but VC10 themed also will need a page to link to other related sites such as [login to view URL] Note: my max budget for this task 40-50$ and payment will be done after complete the job.
