Need upgrade to exsisting website design

This is a brief set of points in this upgrade. The site is [login to view URL] A. First thing is to correct the issue of the ads expiring after the date set to end. As you can see there are ads still showing and they have expired long ago. B. I want the following removed from the main page all things under latest member and total visit. So basically the only thing there will be the categories c. remove the footer were it states the categories, need help, safe and secure, follow us newsletter, get in touch and email and telephone..so its gonna be the complete removal of the footer D. on the very top of the main page were it says log in and register i want it to say welcome visitor, or if there loged in i want it to say welcome then there username. E. I would like a slider for featured ads to go abouve the categories and listing now showing on the main page. example can be found at [login to view URL] as you can see the ads sliding from right to left. I will want this to be an option in listing fees to charge to have there ad placed there. So i will need to be able to have this listed in packages and memberships. I just want the picture of the ad, and the ad description to show as well as the price in a banner as shown in the example F. Also using the same example you can see the word featured on the ad in like a banner in a corner of the ad, I also want my site to show asking price and the price in a similar manner as the example website. G I would like were the latest member info and total visit place was a place for recent ad listings. I would like the latest ads listed from top to bottom just the ad description no pictures. I would like the last 10 ads..then as new ads are placed they go in the top of the ladder and the bottom one drops off. H. I would like to ad a feature that i can charge for in packages and memberships which is to make a blue border around the ad. I Were the new listings are now remove them and just make that area apart of featured items so on the home page there is 6 ads showing all for featured. J. In each ad showing on the main page I just want the description then asking price shown in like a small banner or price tag with the words asking [login to view URL] well as the word featured in the top left hand corner on a banner like shown in the example website. k. Right below the categories on the right hand side i would like a box to appear when the user logs in welcoming him as well as a picture they can load in the members area, showing his last visit date and time, then i would like a link to there dashboard (members area)and a link to edit profile an example would be found at [login to view URL] its on the right hand side.
