Need a lightbox added to the opening of my website

I have a png graphic that needs to be lightbox when the website opens. I will need 2 buttons added on the lightbox: <Enter Website> which opens the homepage and <More Information> which will open another page. Also, I would love an easy option that allows me to turn if off. (i.e. one line of code, change a setting from 1 to 0, etc) It would be an added plus if you have an example to show such as a website with a lightbox you've done.
