Minor change to vector picture

I have a vector photo, the file attached is a JPG, but I will give the original vector photo in .EPS format to make the changes. The only change Id really like to make to this photo is to remove his mustache. I would like it to be a clean look on his face. If you are good with vectorizing this should be easy. I will pay $10 for this project. Please place your bid in the notes. As this project is very minor, but I need this small change. I have a designer that will do it for $30 already but wanted to offer this to someone that can be fair on this small job. Please include any other graphics work that you can do. I use over sea designers for some jobs and if you are good and fair you can be one of our regulars for projects. Thanks
