Make graphics for my game

I want the following stuff done for my Roulette game. I will be releasing my game on android and later on ios. The game is 90% complete and is made in Unity. My game is inspired by the following games [login to view URL] Roulette Royal [login to view URL] Roulette Casino Style 1) The name of my company is SGV Games. I want a splash screen for my company. The new logo has to be made for this. 2) I want high resolution icons made for my game. The icon has to be designed once and exported to different resolutions. The export resolutions are 192*192,144*144,96*96,72*72,48*48,36*36 3) I want a background image for my start level (screen shots of my start screen attached). My start level screen shot is shown attached below. 4) I want one result popups 3d model with 38 textures for all roulette numbers somewhat like the one in Roulette Royal (sample screen attached). There are 18 black popups and 18 red popups and 2 green popups since there are 18 red numbers and 18 black numbers and 2 green numbers. I will change the result texture for the same one model in unity. I will give the exact red, black and green color code for the textures. 5) I am going to have a store to buy chips. The screenshot of the store is attached and excel sheet which has the prices and number of chips is attached. You can ask me any questions regarding the above points. Please give me your best price and timeline to finish the above points. Please don’t copy the exact screen shots. Use your imagination for the above stuff.
