Hello employer, I can see that you have an issue with your sublevel menu bar and it doesn't work properly for some custom CSS being applied, don't worry it can be fixed easily because it is only a CSS issue. The other concern is that you would like a new footer menu with a beautiful look, well, if you wish i can use Bootstrap and then change the default bootstrap CSS to make it the nice look you wish to see.
