We need a real estate brokerage site set up along with a subdomain landing page. Real estate site needs: IDX or Organic MLS feed (need multiple boards/MLS's) Agents self replicated page with their own IDX feed possible CRM (need logings for every agent, will eventually be hundreds of logins needed) Discussion board/forum on the back end Payment Gateway LANDING PAGE NEEDS: Agents will be sent to a landing page where they will select options and fees to join our company. Fields: Name/Email/Phone number/license number (system will allow first time users to proceed based on license number or email address) Split (drop down) 100% 90% 80% Monthly fee (text field)(they input) Page Logic: Logic triggered around the price threshold based on "split" and "monthly fee" inputs. Agent hits "submit" and the following formulas compute: Formula for accepted or negotiate : If selected 80% and: $0 - $49 = Accept offer $50+ = Counter at $45-49 random range (coders can choose the easiest way to equal this random value)(yes, If selected 90% and: $0 - $49 = Counter at $55-59 random range $50 - $89 = Accept $90+ = Counter $80-89 random range If selected 100% and: $0 - $98 =Counter at $99-129 random $99 - $159 = Accept $160+ Counter at $130-139 random ******if for some reason the random product is too difficult, we can have a set value for each formula (but would much prefer the range)******* If negotiation is needed based on formula, the agent is taken to an intermediary screen with the negotiated amount (wording to be determined) Agent will then have the choice to accept the proposal or decline. If declined, they are directed to a screen with "thank you .... etc" Their licence number or email (haven't decided) will be saved. If they accept, they are taken to the same screen as if their initial offer is accepted by the formula. If accepted, the agent is taken to a congratulations screen (including terms, conditions and no refund policy) and an email is sent with docs to be filled out.
