Create Interior Design Booklet [pdf]

This project can be done quickly, you do not have to start from scratch because there is a plenty of good designs available via the required platform (Design Crasher app). You can use it either from you iphone, ipad or an updated Samsung smart device. I'm looking for a creative freelancer to create a beautiful design booklet for me in digital PDF format. The number of the pages will depend on the ratio of width and length for your designs. This booklet will be focused on functional design and I will provide the freelancer with a few creative ideas and photos to feature in the design. The attached image is just to show you the final photorealistic result that should be created only via Design Crasher app. Note, the designs have to be full of details and functional with as many objects as possible. You must create 20 different scenes in which they should represent perfect examples of functional residential spaces including: foyer, master bedroom, nursery bedroom, living room, dining room, American Kitchens, corridors, gardens and bathrooms. Each space should be created twice out the best existing designs in the app. You should be able to edit the ready made designs by cloning them. You must choose high intensity light setup along with selecting the hours of mid day to get the best final render result. Do not forget to send the design for render in HD and highest priority to get the job done quickly. When you finish up all the designs, have each design in separate pdf page. Make sure to divide each scene to at least two parts so that you can maximumly zoom in within one page. At least, (50%) of one part of the image is covering each page. one part could be a half/third/quarter/8th, etc depending on how wide your design is. The remaining space for each page after inserting the necessary portions of images is for providing detailed description in text. Feel free to use Auto-cad drafting style in detailed presentations for shop drawings (use leader with arrow, etc). Make sure to include a glossary of the materials terminology that are available in the building material industry. The total number per entire scene will change accordingly. Make sure to include introductory page of each scene explaining what kind of style, era, deco or theme was implemented to bring the aesthetics of the spaces including it's mood board and material pallet (you can screen shot the ones in the app and use them as part of your material pallet). At the end of each introductory page, make sure to include more paragraphs describing the introductory image as all of them will be in landscape and you will have about 60% of white space. You can include glossary of commercial materials for finishing with the code before creating the detailed text with leader on the next pages. Make sure to include the method of color matching in that particular design before writing the glossary. This instruction should be repeated for the rest of the 19 designs regardless of the total number of pages. The end product should be a high quality PDF booklet that showcases my design ideas in a visually appealing way. I'm excited to see the creative ideas from the freelancers and look forward to the end result! Before being accepted, if it is the first time for your to use the app, please, make sure to create a trial project in which I can assess your understanding of the requirements. Then go through all the requirements for the trial project and share it with me via the chat box or upload to your freelancer profile page. If you have created any 3d scene via Design Crasher app earlier, make sure to upload them to your freelancer profile before submitting your bid. Once, I pick the right freelancer, I expect the job to be easily done within two months from now. Note: basic technical/ article writing skills are desirable and I will perform plagiarism check on both the written content and 3d scenes.
