Build me a website using wordpress

I require a simple website built in wordpress. We are a not-for-profit bike advocacy group. The site will have 3 primary elements. These are - 1) A listing of our 12 +/- ongoing activities. This will be a column of headlines, each with a subline. Each of these will be linked to a page fully explaining these activities. These pages may or may not have further links. 2) A News feed We want to be able to simply and easily add information and news about our activities, as well as being linking to media stories. Something not far from facebook. 3) Calendar Large format expandable monthly grid/box calendar into which we can add events from ourselves and those events of aligned groups. These events will be linked to source info. There will also be on the front page - a brief 150 word intro to our organization. a link to an expandable digital map a link to a page of community links a top and bottom ad banner which we can use to promote upcoming events. I have the design worked out. Obvioulsy the new feed and calendar should be off the shelf. There will be no top menu or drop downs. Our current site is www.bikesantafe.org. It's too rigid, hard to update and has a lot of things we don't need. I want this to be fluid, easy for us to add activities, pages, pix and links and to reflect a dynamic, active group.
