Build a Website

Need a website for booking of movie tickets. No financial transaction required. The website should display a graphic of movie hall. The user should be able to click the seats and enter his / her details. The same should get stored and seats should be booked. there are 5 categories of users. Each user cat has defined set of seats and the allocation to them should be in the pre alloted place.
