Alter some Images on continuous basis, keep going project

Hi, I have a site with a blog. I am looking for a great, creative graphic designer who is fast and has very nice hands on softwares like photoshop and illustrator I will give the mood and the message and will show the content of the blog. you must understand the mood and the message what my blog post or content tells. you may need to do a fast 10 minutes research on web, find relevant pics or images or designs, show me and ideate with me for 10 mintues, and do the basic editing and send me. I will pay Rs 50 (INR) fixed for any number of images i may require for one blog (upto 3 image editings) It dont take more than 30 minutes in total to do with 3 images and send me. Not more than 1revision will be asked as sure. So i will also take care that you are to be told in one shot about all mistakes in one go. For example, see: [login to view URL] any images you take out, changer the logo of canva, and put my logo. and similar cut paste things. Some blog only requires 1 image, still than i pay Rs 50. But in case some blog requires upto 3, i will pay fix Rs 50. In case any blog require more than 3 images, then i will pay Rs 17 additional for every 1 image edits. In case it is something more than image editing, like mixing elements of multiple images and making it one.. or requires long time of discussion and ideating and experimenting, the price for such image editing will be Rs 100/- If it is creative graphic design price will go to Rs 150-200/- based on mutual agreement on the case basis. If it is vector making your ownself, price can go to Rs 200 - 250 based on mutual agreement on the case basis., Also, whenever you feel, the price you want to revise, you can inform me well in 15 days in advance. So it would go for both mutual benefits. Let me know, if you are interested. Monthly, we are going to make upto 10 blogs. Currently wrting 4 blogs every month, will increase steadily. I will also refer you as my graphic designer to all my web design clients, for getting graphics done, and surely the price at which client will be referred will be much high. If you are talented, your hard work will be rewarded in some or the other way.
