modify wordpress theme asap

I have finish editing the new look for my webpage: in fireworks 1. please keep the header and footer with the featured clients to be permanent for every page it is there 2. add free plugin for videos page 3. for the video can you embed this from youtube [login to view URL] 4. in the front page you will see " Serviceable Areas" on the bottom you will see ">for cebu district please click here" i want it to change to a new image, just a simple script to change the image. 5. please make my facebook plugin to go full size just like in the sample homepage i sent 6. The top button "Track a Shipment" this is not a link but it is a search field where they can type the tracking number you made just like in the old site 7. i already added an FAQ plugin just make a link on top to link to FAQ i need this asap thanks
