Wordpress Rewriter Site -- 2

Hi there, I want to built a website that is built in wordpress platform. The main idea is customer can select package for article rewrite service. They Submit article and i will add the rewrite version below their original content. 1. User Register -This site is where user can register,login and view their info. 3 Register and login option is by email,facebook or twitter. 2. Select Package - Payment use - paypal and credit card - package can be configure by admin (add,update,delete) - for now i got 3 article credit package in mind a)rewrite 5 article - usd 5 b)rewrite 10 article - usd 9 (for all 10 article) c)rewrite 100 article - usd 80 (for all 100 article) - in the buy package form there need a voucher field that i can define how much discount will be there -after buying user will get article credit which each one will be refer as an article that can be submitted 3. User Dashboard (No WordPress back-end view able) - view embed in a special page in the front-end - View User Detail (All user detail like name,displayname,package choosed,number of article submission left, post submitted table) -user can change their detail and password -user can add more package that when they buy another package it will add more article available for them to submit. - Post Submitted Table view by the user. Title,excerpt,status(in process,rewrite done),view post button Submit Article to Rewrite - submit new article - get email saying that the job in progress - send email to admin with the article link -get nofication by email saying job is completed with the link to the article - automatic deduct the user available article credit after submit the article Admin - have a page where i can see the article post submitted by user - add the rewrite version on top position the original version. On the post view will be the article been rewrite and the below is the original article(in textarea) -refer attachment - submit and complete the process. Automatically change the status of article as completed - send email notification of completed article to client My Budget is not more than USD70.
