Make Drupal Templates + Customize Modules for Subscription service

This is a monthly membership subscription service website that has time-released content to members. I need a Drupal Template made, the HTML mockup pages are already created. We are using Money Scripts Membership Suite as the membership platform that gives us time-released content, "Drip Content". You must configure the module to work with the template created. Membership Details: Subscription Length: (1 Month, 6 Months, 12 Months) all with different prices Membership Levels: (Bantam, Junior, Advanced) Content Categories: (Fitness, Nutrition, Technique, Lifestyle) Lifestyle will be a blog type feature and will be released to all members no matter what level Fitness, Nutrition and Technique all have predefined content loaded into the system and released at members next cycle to the appropriate level New Content every 30 days (1 month) Member has access to previous content they have received Member can change membership level at any time, must take effect in the next cycle Membership must be set to auto renew, member can change this at any time as well as change the subscription length Example Workflows: Ben has been a member for 3 months and 2 days at level bantam starting on July 6th. He should have content: Month 1: (Bantam: Fitness, Nutrition & Technique) and (Lifestyle: July 6th to present) Month 2: (Bantam: Fitness, Nutrition & Technique) and (Lifestyle: July 6th to present) Month 3: (Bantam: Fitness, Nutrition & Technique) and (Lifestyle: July 6th to present) Month 4: (Bantam: Fitness, Nutrition & Technique) and (Lifestyle: July 6th to present) Where Tim has been a member for 2 months and 29 days at level senior starting on August 10th. He should have content: Month 1: (Senior: Fitness, Nutrition & Technique) and (Lifestyle: August 10th to present) Month 2: (Senior: Fitness, Nutrition & Technique) and (Lifestyle: August 10th to present) Month 3: (Senior: Fitness, Nutrition & Technique) and (Lifestyle: August 10th to present)
