Little upgrades required

Hi Everyone, So I have this website and basically what I need are little upgrades! here is a list Front end tweaks; I need to have the list of all countries in the world when a new member sign up, currently a few missing logo needs fixing.. seems a bit not in proportion video page needs videos to be displayed a bit bigger facebook and twiter bottom needs to be linked Bottom of the page where we have we accept paypal and so on needs to be removed and have only we accept paypal only. transparent banner on the bottom of the page needs to be removed main page sliding pictures needs to be replaced on the ftp server there's an old first main page(which is just a plain picture page with and enter buttom) with the world map on it I'd like to have that set up Back end; display premiun member price as well as the current free member price and distinguish both on any future added products I'd like to have a monthly fee as well as the membership fee I'd like to have a guarantee that your work won't break down the current coding structure on the website ! *I've upload the current logo design website link is [login to view URL] Thank you
