Build a Website Mock for demo purposes

i require someone to compete a project for me, I had some templates created for a website I am working on by someone through Freelancer but they can not complete the project. I want the person who takes on the project to follow on from where they left off, their will be more templates that need to be made and then I want this made in to a video so it shows the cursor moving over the tabs and pictures and then taking the viewer on to the next page. What I want is to create a mock demo of how the website would work. I also want to be able to have a person narrate the demo who would stand down the side talking the person through the pages. I will be using a green screen and shooting this myself, so then whoever takes on this project will have to integrate this into the project. I will of course require revision of this until I am done. You like the person who worked on the project initially will have to provide pictures, similar to the ones already used. I will need you to provide examples of similar work you have done so I can make the right decision. I have attached some files to demonstrate where I am going with this project, and the type of work I need. I did get quoted $600 from another freelancer but am aware the work going into this so I am prepared to pay $650.00. We would like to be able to Skype with you to make sure that what is requested is done correctly the first time. I require this completed within 2 weeks max. I WILL ONLY DECIDE AFTER I HAVE SEEN YOU WORK, IT IS THEN I WILL MAKE A DECISION. IF YOU CAN NOT GIVE ME EXAMPLES OF WORK YOU HAVE DONE THEN PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER APPLYING. THANKS, BEN
