Need Brazilian Designer to redesign a teeshirt for Brazilian market

i already have a PSD file for a teeshirt we're launching in the US, and would like to use the same design (if you feel it will sell to Brazilian market) for the same niche; but i need the text to be written correctly in Portuguese, and verified if it makes sense to the target market. Meaning, will the meaning of our design make sense to someone in Brazil, and can it translate well. So, before you bid on, or agree to this job, you might want to first check the text below and let me know your thoughts. If this does well, I am moving more into teeshirt designs to sell within certain markets, like Pets, and am dying to find a good designer to help me build up my business. Teeshirt text is below, and is aimed at people who have lost a pet (recently died): "I'll Meet You at the Bridge" (which refers to heaven, when the owner passes away), and then is signed by the pet (we can custom tee shirts with actual pet names), where it says "Love, petname" under the rainbow design we have. I need to know if "I'll meet you at the bridge" has the same meaning in Brazil, and if it translates well into Portuguese. If you believe it will, then let me know what you'll charge to make this change. And if you feel a different design might help in this market, let me know that too, and what you charge for that.
