UX/UI Designer for Turn-Based Strategy Game!

Bandera Games is looking for a User Experience Designer to redesign Battle Dex – The Ultimate Turn-Based Strategy Game. You will be responsible for overseeing the UX/UI overhaul of the Battle Dex client. You will be in charge of ensuring that all assets follow a consistent course of good clear UX/UI. Responsibilities include: • Designing compelling, rich, and scalable user interfaces • Making sure that our controls and information flow makes sense • Create and oversee the visual look and feel, styles, navigation and layout • Be able to adapt designs for use in HTML/CSS and Flash • Tuning and monetizing a "freemium" economy • Driving player behavior through goals and rewards
