Remove background from picture - Need fast please

I need the background removed from a picture of a child quickly and precisely. Post an example of your skill please. My image is a very large JPG - print quality - should be returned to me same quality but background removed. The child is sitting on a blanket - the blanket needs to stay in one instance and be removed in the other so you will deliver two transparent PNG files back to me. Need this within 30 minutes please. I am online to accept bids. I do not think this is a $30 job however that is the cheapest I can set this.
