Website Branding - Website Development / Hosting Company

I am in the process of launching a website development / hosting business and need some help with branding the site. I need to come up with a clever name and also have a logo developed. The site will be a subscription based custom CMS site for hosting a company's website, but a core part of our service offering is custom development of web controls / enterprise integrations / web services / etc. to meet the clients needs as part of their subscription. Basically, we're willing to do custom development to build a long-term client relationship that results in continued monthly revenue. I would like the name to have a web 2.0 feel to it. The name must be available as .com for registration purposes. The name doesn't have to explain the services--I'll market the services and just want a catchy memorable name. The logo should look professional and clean. Not to many colors and look equally good on the web as in print. I'm less concerned about the logo right now, but if you can do both please let me know in your bid. If you're only bidding on the help with the name that's fine, but please specify that in your bid.
