Logo design for Provoke the Code LLC

Design a logo. The company name is Provoke The Code. Company color scheme is dark grey, white, and red. I'd also like to use the following binary code in the logo: 01010000011100100110111101110110011011110110101101100101001000000101010001101000011001010010000001000011011011110110010001100101 This is the binary equivalent of the company name. Logo needs to look good both large for banners and small for business cards and corners of websites. The logo should also make sense in black-and-white and should also be legible if the viewer is red-green color blind. I would be the sole owner of all work, and you would retain no copyright. You may, however, use the work in a portfolio, but this is only a free license for the purpose of promoting yourself. I would get all the electronic source files of all works, both finals and drafts. Any fonts used must be open-source. No expenses will be approved other than the amount I have listed for the project.
