We are setting up a new business to sell UK based small and medium sized businesses based on our extensive experience as senior finance professionals. We have a old website which will require replacing. We therefore need: 1. A business logo 2. A site banner 3. A site ‘style’ in terms of colour to go with the logo and banner. Competing services are either: 1 Business transfer agents who operate very much like estate agents, creating some basic sales particulars and then advertising the business or 2 Corporate finance houses (accountancy practices / boutique firms) who provide a highly expensive professional service in advising pre-sale and then pro-actively marketing/selling to potential interested parties.
