Internet Marketing - Creation of brand image

We are planning a large scale, heavily budgeted advertising promotion for a range of Internet shopping, services and IT related websites. We are interested in working closely with a freelancer, who will develop brand image, slogans and SEO for our ideas. You will be paid per project but there is the possibility of working with us full-time on a long term business. We want somebody with the zest, ideas and more importantly the SKILLS to come up with catchy and impacting concepts that will be advertised online and offline in a major city at first. PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A MAJOR AND IMPORTANT POSITION - NO TIME WASTERS, PLEASE. This initial project will be to create the brand image, logo design, slogan and visual impact for a mobile phone related website. It will provide consumers with access to thousands of mobile products from a range of different providers, and is based on the "one stop shop / all under one roof" concept. You are asked to provide links to relevant work that you have compelted of this nature, where you are from and why you think YOU have what we are looking for. Also to show us an example of your "thinking on the ball" techniques, include a short but snappy slogan which you think would suite this initial project above.
