345223 Divs with rounded corners now

I need 5 rounded border divs made. I have attached the psd file. I need the divs made so that they are transparent PNG compatible with all browsers ie, ff, saf, chr.. The divs should be made to be stretchable if there is a lot of text. If there is a lot of text inside, it should be able to vertically stretch. The talk bubbles with the little arrow on them should always be at the top of the div, even when stretched with text. I need these made right now. If you are online and youre able to create these in 30min-1hr, please bid right away. I'm looking for a quick job! I'm only looking for people who already know how to do this, please do not bid if you have to learn how to do it, dont have time! Thanks.
