520 x 100 flash banner (animation and optimisation )

I need to animate the jpgs included - create a flash baner and include a link , ## Deliverables - Hi this is a simple banner creation , you have attached 3 jpg files that are sized 520 x 100 pix . called [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] . I need a flash banner to be created that has a smooth transation of this slides , without loosing quality but keeping the final file size to 45- 50 kb . I am including the photosp files that have the layers and all elements should you need to create the slides again . The banner needs to have a link to the <[login to view URL]> and the link to open in a new window ( _blank) Conclusion : - you will need to deliver a flash banner 520 x 100 that links to <[login to view URL]> and open in a new browser windos - the output banner need to be of aprox size 50 kb - you will need to deliver the source creation file ( fla file ) quick job if you know what you are doing .
