Google Earth Offline Version

Requirement OVER GOOGLE Earth ONLY: "provide Solution in our proposal that how will you do" All type of solution/single or multiple software are Welcome Requirement: [login to view URL] i cache then it must work offline. [login to view URL] whole map of Selected Area (Complete Country if required) [login to view URL] must have capability to zoom in and out all different level of zooming [login to view URL] must be portable . so that i can zip it and port it to other PCs (not essentially required but good) [login to view URL] must have capability so that i can import KML and KMZ files. I have used the some software but when the cache goes up to 5gb they crash. So come up with good solution and I will Upload the initial milestone of 10$. but i will release once the Project fully completed.
