Need assistance preparing/filing UD jury trial

I desperately need a paralegal to organize & assit in filling documents for trial. 1st) I have a fee waiver for all before tenant requested a jury trial. I can't find a lawyer in current times due to covid overload I mostly have have all documents in order & just got an epson Es-580w document scanner & scan & uploading to Google drive. But I am totally lost. According to documents given by judge Form 2019-GEN-014-00 3) EXEMPT LITIGANTS B) Pursuant to code of civil procedure section 1010.6 subdivision (d)(3) and California Rules of Court, rule 2.253(b)(4), any party may make application to the court requesting to be excused from filing documents electronically and be permitted to file documents by conventional means if the party shows undue hardship or significant prejudice Tenant has not paid rent since August 15,2021 My father died of covid & my property reverted to me in 2021. As I have had the property 19 years, never had an eviction & rented to new tenants April 15,2021 & as was stated... they know squatters rights in California I've been getting assistance from assemblyman Issac Bryan & field representative on filing on my own. Also from Culver City housing authority & filed ud with them. All documents up to date are filed & served correctly. But now demanding a jury trial HELP
