Exactly 30 years ago, the Filipinos held the most peaceful revolution also known as the People Power Revolution. I belong to the so called People Power Babies.( those who were born on 1986). There are many books specially dedicated to the heroes of the revolution. The great generals, the political dynasties, the support of the oligarch families, the power of catholic faith but none has been written dedicated for generation who were first to witness to the claimed democracy. Now, I want to write something about the impact of that acclaimed democracy to the lives of people power babies. I want to tell story of atleast 5- people who will become a reflection of most people power babies. Some became successful in their careers, some immigrated in other countries, some became an communist-activist, some became single mother, some became drug addicts, criminals, and other issues facing the modern world. What is the worth of the democracy into their lives? Is there really any worth? Do they really enjoy it? Or they are just a victim of a false democracy. The central theme of the book will People Power Babies in 3 D( Living 3 Decades of Democracy or Disaster?
