I am applying to write your book based upon a fairy tale. I am a professor with a doctorate in Theatre and Literature. I enjoy work that takes me outside of the formal academy and allows me to expand my skills in research, writing and critical thinking. As a freelancer, I have adapted a Ukrainian folk tale for children, ghostwritten and edited two children’s books, and edited a series of children’s books that have were published in Australia three years ago, as well as written a book on Theatre (published in November of 2012). In addition, I have ghostwritten an adaptation of Jules Verne’s Around the World in 80 Days, aimed at an age range of 8 – 12 years, a book on art history for a similar age range and the critical commentary for a book of Albanian postcards.
