Build Me A FPS (First Person Shooter) Game

I want to name my game name Rampage shooter, its just basically a FPS game where you have to fight robots and shoot and kill them to earn points, please make a sign up and a login so players can save there projects, so in this game I want you to make a character a basic character , with guns and knifes and a map with trees and greenness there should be a so first when this game is made. You have to first sign up and login then on the home screen there should be a play button then when players click player there will be a tutorial on how to shoot robots and change their sensitivity so please make this game thank you.
