Responsibilities: Develop and prototype new Flash elements and maintain existing elements for the website. Actively participate in project development lifecycle. Create and maintain development processes and methods. Stay up-to-date with latest development trends and techniques. All other tasks as assigned by the Web Manager. Qualifications: Minimum 2-year diploma web development certification, or equivalent. 3+ years in a Flash development role. Adobe Flash, ActionScript 2.0, XML. Experience with MS Office. Fluent in English Skills and Abilities: Fluent in Flash and developing in ActionScript 2. Proficiency in XML. Bandwidth and performance friendly coding. Strong attention to detail. Able to ensure company standards of quality are maintained on every project. Self-motivated, and able to work under very tight deadlines. Well-developed oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of ActionScript 3 a plus. Knowledge of design patterns a plus. JavaScript, SQL and PHP knowledge a plus. Experience with version control (SVN) a plus. Strong OOP background a plus.
