Please look at file attached. Ok now what is needed is the player in the middle has to shrink smaller when the window is made smaller and bigger when the window is made bigger. The player needs to be a little bit bigger than this when the screen is at its biggest. Plus when pressed full screen it fills screen apart from the menu on the right has to be there. That is basically it. Do not bid if you cant do it. Do not bid if you can not do it in Cs3. Do not bid if you are expensive as client is not rich.
