Video slideshow of photos

I want two versions of a video developed showing a photo slideshow with slight zoom, on photos and elegant transition effects between photos. With that i also need background music, and also text placement with a bar background in sides and also scrolling text. I will send all the files, description needed etc, task needs to be completed in 2 hours of allotment, and allotment is to be done within the next 6 hours. With background music, I will also give spoken word to put in. There will be revisions if needed and i will tell you rightaway what changes are needed, You will deliver both FLA file and SWF file. All design/style etc. will be given/ released without any limitation on reuse. Do not bid over 30! Good feedback with experience and cost wins. If you have good upbeat music background (no words), let me know, as I feel my background music is not good enough, and if you have that too, its better.
