Ok I need a new header for a HP fansite - [login to view URL], you see the header lacks quality and looks strained. I only need a new image like this [login to view URL] with the HBP uk cover pictures etc. Now I would like an image one, but if it could be flash that would be even better. Now I know it says budget "30-100 dollars", but for one image I am hoping I can get someone to do it for less, so send me a PM if you can.
