64526 Header and Buttons

[login to view URL] I want to change my client's current header to look like similar to the header in the above flash template. I will need it 600x100 and with the current flash text on the site incorporated in the design. The site is located at [login to view URL] I will need all files associated with project ie .fla .swf .psd everything. I will need flash to be saved as flash mx so I can open it. Unfortunately, I do not have the current version yet. Project is to be completed in 2 days from acceptance Payment in escrow of agreed amount less five dollars with transfer of funds plus five dollars upon completion of project on time. If project is not completed on time payment will be for the original amount placed in escrow.
