Flash Editing/Design (8885)

We have an existing Adobe Flash (CS4) project that has a box with four tabs on it. The Flash transitions from one tab to another and displays content (text and graphics) controlled via an external file. We need to add a fifth tab. The new tab will actually go between what is now the second and third. The tabs should be labeled: 1. Welcome to FLASHA 2. Fall Schools Conference 3. Legislative Boot Camp 4. Annual Convention 5. Membership The image that should be included on this tab is included in the attached ZIP archive (named [login to view URL]). Please note that some tabs have multiple image transitions within the tab, this tab has only one image. The external file can be changed to XML format rather than text if preferred. We would also like a pre-loader so that when changes are made to the text file, the Flash module will reload on the client browser rather than stay cached.
