Template banners for Growshop.com

For our website [login to view URL] we need a few banner templates which match the design of our site. Sizes : 468x60 (1 x) 320x60 (1 x) 120x600 (1 x) 250x250 (1 x) All banners need to contain animation of text (sliding or something like that). The templates need to be made in Flash and we need to be able to adjust the text in flash. All input of the artist/designer is very welcome. The aim is to atract people to the site.
