342108 Small flash project

I have a .PSD with 3 picture frames. I would like to animate the picture frames so pictures fade in and out slowly. The frames will remain the same. If you have read this briefing please quote the word: Apple in your bid messages, all bids without this word will be ignored. This is to iron out the copy/paste bidders. I would like the flash movie to be able to read the pictures from a .xml file so I can change them accordingly. The end result must have an optimal balance between high quality and a fast load time.
