185872 Crop and resize images script

My costumers need to upload pictures so I need a resize and crop images script for my web page, I want the script on flash, very similar to the iphone editing images style, you can see some examples on the next web page [login to view URL] but thats only a zoom you cant crop images or resize them and the image go to the opposite side of the cursor.
