C# sample posting to Facebook Business Page

We need a working example application (along with source code), and all the steps around creating tokens, getting user permissions etc. set correctly to post (via a c# program) to the wall of a business facebook page. We have successfully posted to a users page, but not to a business page administered by a user and need a little help in getting over this final hurdle.
