Hello, I am using a similar sheet, which I have created on my own. I can share it with you and further I would say I can add a percentage with respect to initial amount in front of each field so that you have always check how much money is flowing where. There can be additional feature like, you put a value (or %), how much you intend to spend on some particular category, and if it's exceeding, that particular field will be highlighted. Your project is indeed simple. I have done a lot of Excel work while I was taking my Experimental Fluids Lab course and even more excel work in my Engineering Statistics course. Both courses required me work with large amounts of data, cross sheet data from one tab to the next, and connect multiple entries to receive one result and repeat. From your description I see this to be the same thing and may take less than a day to produce. However, I will require more information and which category affects other categories and what the final result is. This will require that you give good and detailed parameters so your Excel file will be up and running immediately upon receiving it. I like to produce nice and neat Excel files so everything will be in an orderly fashion for readability. What I foresee doing is making each category a separate table (placing a border around the data), colour coding each category, may place all categories on one tab as long as it is neat, and then cross sheeting to a different tab with your desired end results. This is how I would do it. However, you are the customer so I prefer to know what works best for you. I'm very flexible and will respond as quickly as possible whenever you contact me. Don't hesitate on the bid amount I placed, this is my first time here and it is up negotiation.
