The 4-week snap view table • The 4-week snap view table will show all entries from the ‘Future bookings table’ that’s with in a 4 week window from the ever changing (todays date) • If ‘BACKDROP, PHOTO STRIP, XBDR FILE’ are left bank in any row within this table, highlight the cell in a light red. Once the value has been changed to ‘Any value other then ‘blank value’ then the light red colour disappears from the cell. • Display nearest date at top of this table. Booking deposit needs to be paid table. • If any row from ‘Future Bookings’ table has a ‘Deposit value’ of ‘No’ then that row will be displayed in ‘Booking deposit needs to be paid table’. This will be removed from the ‘Booking deposit needs to be paid table’ once the value has been changed to ‘Yes’ from either of those tables. • Display nearest date at top of the table. Future Bookings Table • All entries into this ‘Future Bookings table’ will be shuffled to show the row with the nearest date at the top of the list. Completed Bookings • Once a date has passed from ‘Future bookings table’, that specific entry/row will then be moved from ‘Future booking table’ to the top of the table in ‘Completed Bookings’. • Display the nearest date at the top of the ‘Completed Bookings table’. • If any value = ‘No’ in DROPBOX, FINAL EMAIL, SOCIAL POSTS, REVIEW Then highlight those cells in light red. I would like a summary sheet that shows the business growth each year. This will track the growth of Total bookings, monthly bookings, packages, total hire prices monthly, , total hire prices monthly. Chart data 1. Make sheets that interact for the next 10 years showing the previous year’s data on the current years chart. (Only for line charts) This helps comparing my growth from the year previously. 2. At the bottom of the page, I would like a line chart data from July – June. This chart will be total bookings plotted on a line chart with monthly total bookings. 3. Make a second line chart that shows total hire sales for each month and have display a yearly total on the chart in the middle bottom if possible. 4. I would like 3 pie graphs that each show the photo strips chosen, backdrops chosen and Packages chosen from July – June 5. All charts show figures.
