Excel Macro to modify abbreviated filenames in spreadsheet to full file name as per folder structure

We have a spreadsheet with about 22,000 rows. The spreadsheet stores data relating to maintenance issues for a number of buildings. For each issue identified, there is a photograph. The photos are stored in a folder structure as follows: /photos/building_number/photo_file_name.jpg. For example, /photos/415001/DKIM0048.jpg. In the spreadsheet, we have a column referring to the individual photo, however the contents of the cell does not include the full file name, only the number For example, it would store 48 instead of DKIM0048.jpg. Each row of data does include the building number. I need a macro written that will identify the correct file name of the photo and then update the spreadsheet with the full file name (not path just name) of the photo. Note, the naming convention of the photograph file names is not consistent. Some are in the format [login to view URL], others in the format [login to view URL], and other photos were named manually so may be something as simple as '[login to view URL]'. The macro will need to scan the folder structure to identify the relevant photo file then populate the file name into a new column (next to the existing column) with the file name.
